Flamenco is the best known dance within Spanish dance. It is a dance that is the result of the Arab, Christian, Jewish and gypsy cultural mix of the Andalusian area. Flamenco has several facets, not only the dance itself but also the singing, and it is distinguished by being a dance of strong emotional intensity.
It combines creativity, pride, imagination with dance and rhythmic music.
Flamenco works perfectly as a children’s dance because we play with the rhythms, we clap our hands and do improvisation games together. This provides an educational and fun pastime.
The course is adapted both for children who have been dancing flamenco for some time and for beginners.
