The music is rich in rhythms, improvisation and energy and is a fantastic source to let go and have fun! Salsa means sauce and the music / dance is so called because it is a tasty mix with influences from many different dances and rhythms. It is both a couple and single dance. You dance in singles partly in connection with the couple dance and partly when you dance several together in a group.
