Wilnursdans welcomes the additional tools that the Pandemic Act and the Government Ordinance give us, but it is still each person’s own responsibility to follow the basic information. The most important thing for us to be able to mitigate the effects of the pandemic together.

 

First and foremost: always stay home with the slightest cold symptoms.

 

Wilnursdans works continuously to ensure that everything in our premises takes place within the requirements and recommendations set by the authorities.


IMPORTANT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH EXERCISE AND HEALTH!

Physical activity is important for young people and is of great importance for public health, FHM writes on its website 20/1. «The habits that young people create also play a big role in their health over time, and should preferably not be interrupted except in emergencies.

 

The Swedish Public Health Agency therefore considers that children and young people (born in 2005 and later) should continue to be able to participate in organized sports

 

and leisure activities both indoors and outdoors and has called on the government to ease its previous recommendation in that regard. “

 

Wilnursdans welcomes you with your booking. But emphasizes that even with today’s additions, we work hard to follow FHM’s basic advice and recommendations.

Hand alcohol is available at the entrance and in our corridors.

ONE ACCOMPANYING PER CHILD

Only one (1) accompanying adult is allowed to accompany the youngest children into the room. Only 4 followers in the room.

MOUTH PROTECTION IN PUBLIC SPACES

We recommend that you wear mouth guards in our public areas.

WE HELP WITH DISTANCE IN CLASSES

 We adapt the teaching elements so that it becomes possible to keep distance inside the halls.

 

 

What should I wear when I train and some other information.

Here is some advice regarding clothing etc.

 

It is not a requirement but just a few tips, if you are going to buy a new one anyway.

 

 

NOTE! You can order all these clothes or buy from us.

 

Hip hop, streetdance 7-17 years

Optional clothing, but preferably jogging pants, T-shirt / hood (baggy) and do not forget sneakers.

 

Flamenco 7-13 years

Stable shoes with a small heel, dance suit and a wide bell skirt.

 

Zumbatomic and Zumba Fitness m.m.

Training clothes and sneakers.

 

Be on time

Arriving on time is important both for you who have children with you and for you who are older. For the children, it is important that they are with the whole lesson from the beginning, so that they are part of the group and the first collection and the first exercises. It is important for children’s self-esteem and for their concentration. If you arrive late, this creates irritation and interruptions and the child feels insecure and lesson time is wasted unnecessarily.

 

Arriving on time is also important for young people and adults, especially so you do not miss the warm-up and perhaps the risk of injury increases and you do not become so focused. But also because it disturbs the group if you arrive late.

 

NOTE: CUTTING CARDS ARE VALID FOR A TERM!
